Blair Thwaites, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with advanced training in evidence-based Integrative Medicine. As a third-generation family physician, she proudly continues a legacy of caring for North Texas families, blending traditional primary care with modern, whole-person approaches to health. Dr. Thwaites believes that medicine should be both accessible and personal, where patients are given time, respect, and genuine partnership in their care.
Her clinical specialties include preventive medicine, chronic disease management, hormone health, medically guided weight loss, and wellness therapies such as PRP and aesthetics.
