As we hit the end of June, we know the countdown to the upcoming athletic seasons is officially on! Celina takes sports seriously, and we know how incredibly busy this time of year gets for our local families.
To help your student-athletes get a head start on their UIL requirements, Dr. Blair Thwaites and the Sagewood team are now scheduling sports and school physicals. Our goal is to make sure your child is safe, healthy, and fully cleared to dominate the field, court, or track before those official practices kick off!
To make things as seamless as possible for our community, we’re offering:
- Quick, Dedicated Appointment Times:Â Designed to get you in, out, and back to your summer without the long wait.
- Simple Cash-Pay Rate:Â Just $30 per physical.
How to Schedule: Summer is flying by and spaces fill up quickly! The absolute best way to secure your spot is by calling our office directly at 469-224-8599. Just let our team know you’re calling for the $30 sports physical so we can book it properly.
A Quick Note on Forms: Please remember to bring your school’s required physical form with the parent/guardian sections already filled out. Celina ISD has their own physical form. Don’t have the form? No sweat—we have plenty of blank copies here! Just plan to arrive 15 minutes early to fill it out before your appointment.
